Questa apparecchiatura viene usata per qualsiasi tipo di cuoio ed è particoiarrnente adatta per cuoio da tomaia.

 

Caratteristiche costruttive

- Carcassa portante in iamiera di acciaio di adeguato spessore debitamente verniciata antiacida in resina epossidica

- Gruppo di penetrazione realizzato a norma con sfera in ACCIAIO INOX 18/8

- Misuratore della distensione del provino tramite sistema digitale con precisione 0,1 mm.

- Cella di carico Classe A

This method applies to leather with the aim of checking its resistance to bursting.

One sample is posistioned over a stainless steel punching pin which, driven by a motor, will provide a climbing action by pressing upwards to the center of the sample.

The operator will verify eventual grain cracking first, and then will take note of load value at bursting, detected by a digital instrument connected to an "a" class load cell.
